At Arabian Perfumery, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we've got you covered — simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
